At Queen of Angels, each student is encouraged to recognize and utilize his or her God-given talents in an atmosphere that challenges the student to strive to attain his or her full potential. We wish to educate the whole child to become life-long learners and the next generation of leaders, following Christ’s message of service, compassion, courage and spirit. In all that we do, we celebrate each child as a gift from God-entrusted in our care. Queen of Angels follows a traditional liberal arts approach to educating the whole child.
The curriculum of Queen of Angels Catholic School is aligned to meet and exceed the State Standards implemented by the Pennsylvania Department of Education. By having such high academic standards, students are well prepared for high school, and beyond, when they graduate from our school.
The hallmark of education at Queen of Angels Catholic School is our ability to integrate a Catholic worldview into the very fabric of our daily coursework. Catholic teachings are a part of every grade level’s curriculum, and even more importantly, they are a part of everyday life at Queen of Angels Catholic School. Students are encouraged to see Christ in each other and themselves and show the respect that flows from that realization. This worldview approach empowers each student with a sense of responsibility and the ability to lead, to change, and to make a difference.
In order to continue to inspire future leaders to make a difference, we need the spiritual and financial support of our alumni and friends. If the Spirit moves you, we pray that you will find it in your heart and budget to support the ministry of Christ at Queen of Angels Catholic School.
