Come Join the Junior Legion of Mary
The Legion of Mary is an association of Catholics who with the sanction of the church and with the powerful leadership of Mary Our Mother, are dedicated to give love, honor, prayer and service to God and the Church.
Boys and girls in Grades 3-8 at Queen of Angels School who have received their First Holy Communion are welcome and encouraged to join with our coordinator, Mary Blythe of St. Agnes Parish to participate in:
- Faith and Charitable Works
- A growing love for the Eucharist and Sacraments
- Prayers of the Rosary
We act out our faith by visiting the sick (friends, relatives and neighbors), distributing Catholic literature, encouraging praying of the Rosary, making Rosaries and other Sacramentals, helping at home, school and Church and by assisting at Mass as Lectors, Altar Servers and Gift Bearers.
